Important Notes Before Placing Your Order
- Impact for Groups is exclusively for groups of 49 or fewer members.
- The Business Owner or person responsible for benefits should fill out the Lead Form.
- Do not enroll employees as individuals when using the company’s ACH information for payment.
- Employers who plan to subsidize any portion of their employees’ healthcare must be enrolled as a group, not as multiple individual memberships.
- To help us provide you with the best service, please generate an Impact Health Sharing group quote at least 5 business days before the start of the new month. If you miss the deadline, don't worry - we'll work with you to enroll you in the following month.
